• Pricing is subject to change and does not include taxes, fees, or delivery
• Final pricing and specifications are confirmed at time of purchase

Quotes and Orders

Quote requests submitted through our website are not binding purchase agreements. Quotes are:

• Valid for 30 days unless otherwise specified
• Subject to availability and final confirmation
• Not a guarantee of price or delivery timing

A binding purchase agreement is created only when you sign a purchase order and provide the required deposit.

Payment Terms

For custom trailer orders:

• A deposit is required to begin production
• Balance is due prior to delivery or pickup
• Accepted payment methods are specified at time of purchase
• All sales are final once production begins

Delivery and Pickup

Delivery terms:

• Estimated delivery dates are approximate and not guaranteed
• Buyer is responsible for inspecting the trailer at delivery
• Any damage or defects must be noted at time of delivery
• Risk of loss transfers to buyer upon delivery or pickup

Warranty

All Framecraft trailers are covered by our limited warranty. Full warranty terms are available on our Warranty Information page. Key points:

• 12-month limited warranty on manufacturing workmanship
• Warranty applies to original purchaser only
• Normal wear and misuse are not covered
• Component manufacturers may provide separate warranties

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• Framecraft Works is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Our liability is limited to the purchase price of the product
• We are not responsible for damages resulting from misuse, modification, or improper maintenance

Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, images, logos, and designs, is the property of Framecraft Works or our licensors. You may not:

• Copy or reproduce our content without permission
• Use our trademarks or logos without authorization
• Create derivative works based on our designs

Dispute Resolution
